The outside . area was particularly inviting with lots of space to eat and a pool to die for. My 4 grandchildren, aged between 2 and 6, had to be dragged away from it! Walking distance to shops, and restaurants, and many woodland walks in the local area. The barbecue was unusual, and the remote keys for the gate a little unreliable. There is a fantastic outside area, with a huge private swimming pool, deck chairs, dining table area and sun shade. The grounds are well kept and you can enjoy watching the birds and fantastic hummingbird moths in peace and let the world fade away! "What a beautiful Villa and property! This was our home base for day trips north to the Dolomites. There was plenty of space for us. The weather was very hot when we were there, 33° and higher. We had air conditioning in the attic bedroom. Air conditioning in the first floor bedrooms would have been ideal for our other guests."
