The main house boasts three king beds and two trundle beds perfect for kids, making it an ideal family getaway. The interior features a game room, dining room, and a newly remodeled kitchen equipped with modern amenities, including a built-in microwave, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, and disposal. For your convenience, cleaning products are provided. Entertainment options include a TV with your favorite streaming services, board games, arcade games, and a video games.

Laundry facilities are available within the house, and guests can enjoy free parking in the attached garage or outside the home. While the stone, wood-burning fireplace is non-operational, the home's ambiance remains warm and inviting. Step outside to the large grassy backyard, dotted with fruit and pecan trees. A small lake pond, situated outside of the fenced area, beckons with fishing and boating activities. For those looking to explore the equine world, an on-site equine center offers horse riding lessons and guided horse rides, adding an extra layer of adventure to your rural retreat.

Guest access
Prior to arrival, guests will receive a lockbox code that allows entry into the home. Check-in is at 3PM, and check-out is at 11AM. If the space is not booked by another party, early check-in or check-out can be approved in advance for an additional fee. The home is entirely yours during your stay. There will be a guest house manual upon arrival with local area recommendations including a home guide, places to see, restaurants and grocery stores. Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions about the area!

Other things to note
The property is located across from Grayson County Speedway, and guests may experience some noise on Saturday nights from May through October. Guests are welcome to enjoy the organic fruits in season but are kindly asked not to take them away. Please note that outdoor recreational activities are at your own risk. As the property is a natural sanctuary with occasional wildlife, please stay aware of the potential for snake viewing. We recommend using boots for outdoor activities.

Pets could be allowed at this location with an extra cleaning fee and are under the responsibility of their caretakers. There is no smoking or illegal substances of any kind inside the home. Please no redecorating or moving furniture and please keep food in kitchen and dining areas only. Any events must be approved in advance.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to VRBO.
