"Recently renovated rooms are simple but functional and clean. The noise insulation between rooms even in the renovated area is minimal, so we did hear the guests in the next room over. The hotel is near a race track, so there was a lot of noise from the zooming racecars too. Overall it was a good simple motel for a cheaper one-night stay on Long Island. "The room was absolutely disgusting. the smell in the room was awfull! there was mold all over the ceiling near the bathroom, the sink and bath tub had rust all over it. and the ice bucket had old food in it. thankfully the girl a tthe front desk gave us a new one. the side walks are all cracked and wobbly, but this place needs to be condemned its not safe and is a healthy hazard. DO NOT STAY HERE BY ANY MEANS NECCESSARY"

"Check in was not good. I had prepaid through Hotels.com and when I got there the guy wasn't able to process the payment from Hotels.com to him and said it was my problem and I would have to pay for the room and get reimbursed from Hotels.com. finally after a while he gave me a room but it was not what I had booked. The room was aweful, smelled bad, what felt like a hole in the floor under the carpet and the door was already wide open when I got to the room. "

"We stayed here for one night & it was perfect! Husband is usually standoff-ish to “stay in someone’s house” but this bedroom/bathroom was completely private, including private fencing.
