"Nous sommes venus passer un week-end prolongé dans cet ancien moulin. Nous étions deux couples d'amis avec enfants. La maison se prête a de moments chaleureux à la campagne. Le jardin est immense et permet aux enfants de se depenser. La piscine intérieure est un vrai plus qui permet de prolonger l'été. Enfin, les propriétaires, Claire et Raphaël ont toujours été reactifs et sympathiques ! Nous y reviendrons dès que nous le pourrons !"

"The rental house was better than expected. The area was more beautiful than I had hoped and the only sounds were the birds and the gentle breeze. I would definitely stay here again."

"La longere est charmante, au calme et idéalement située dans le parc régionale. En revanche, pour les extérieurs, nous avons été un peu déçus : - la piscine n’est pas entretenue et s’est avérée inutilisable. - La balançoire n’était pas safe et se situe dans le terrain du bas qui n’etait globalement pas entretenu et du coup assez loin de la photo de l’annonce."

Le jardin n'est pas immense, mais il permet de lire, boire un verre voire déjeuner à l'extérieur La propriétaire est sympathique et les formalités sont réduites au minimum."

"Au bout d’un chemin fleuri et bordé de grandes herbes verdoyantes, la Bonne Perche est une longère vivante et apaisante, à la décoration très soignée et au confort irréprochable. Le hameau peuplé de jolies maisons et surmonté d’une forêt classée de hêtres et de chênes qui entoure la maison, nous invite à de longues balades et à des soirées sereines au coin du feu. Merci Antoine et Damien de nous faire partager cette évasion intemporelle dans un monde de tranquillité et de beauté naturelle. "

"The property is located in the historic district of nogent le retroux. It is a beautiful town. However, there is room for improvment. The bathub on 2nd floor did not work. There was only 1 towel per bathroom. We had to pay extra E30 to get sheets and make our own beds."

"Super de pouvoir se retrouver à 15 d'une même famille dans un gite accueillant et adapté. A mi chemin entre Rennes et Paris, rien ne manquait : pas même l'apéritif (excellent vin de noix) et les confitures, produits par nos hôtes. Contact très chaleureux avec nos hôtes. Nous recommandons."

"Property was clean and tidy. Very nice situation in the countryside near a forest. Had a fantastic break. Great little pool and loverly hot tub made hot days and evenings very relaxing and great fun. Beautiful cottage in loverly gardens with everything on hand for a fantastic getaway. We used as a base and travelled to Tours,, Le Mans. Alençon and other local spots. The host Bruno was great and could not be more helpful if he tried which made our break all the more relaxing as we new he was on...

"Very helpful Staff, clean room and public areas, dog firendly, free parking adjacent to the hotel. My personal opinion is that the Dinner and Breakfast costs are too high for a 3* Hotel. The qualioty of food was excellent but as a traveller staying only for 1 night I did not need such expensive meal options. In fact I declined breakfast because of the cost"

"I reserved this room because Expedia lists it as having AC. We stayed in Sept and there was no AC. Were told by the desk they turn it off in the fall. Expedia needs to specify this hotel may not have AC depending on the whim of the owner. Windows open with rain, bad weather, traffic and no bug screens. Pass on to another hotel with accurate description. "

Perche farmhouse

"House and surroundings were lovely but wouldn’t sleep 17. We were worried we wouldn’t find enough to do but that wasn’t the case. However, Mele (the nearest town) was a little disappointing as most of the businesses were closed for a few weeks while we were there, in August but we had a lovely stay and the owner was very helpful."

A great week with the family

"Fantastic house, garden and facilities. High quality beds and bathrooms throughout. Tennis court was a particular bonus, with a good bounce even though it looks a little tired. A lovely quiet location with lots of activities within half an hours drive. And Claire was amazing when our car broke down....."
