Great Overall experience
We booked this stay for WrestleMania weekend. It was a short drive to all the venues we had tickets to. The designated parking was clearly marked and was never an issue. The owner is responsive and friendly. Keyless entry was easy to use. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and it was like a home away from home. Thanks so much for a great first VRBO experience.

Nice stay!
Eli was very prompt in answering my questions. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The location was great, near lots of food options and a grocery store. The floors were not the cleanest, rug and stairs needed carpet cleaning. The wooden stair railing at the top of the stairs were not as sturdy (can be moved), which made us nervous when my children went near the stairs. Loved that the place included a gate at the top of the stairs. Overall, there were more positives than negatives. Would stay here again.

Nice Place
Overall, this property was nice, quiet and a perk to have a parking spot instead of having to park on the street. The location was ideal to get to the football and baseball stadiums. A couple small critiques would be to be provided with hand towels, and perhaps more bath towels for a four day stay with two people; also some of the mini blinds needed some attention. Otherwise, great place and will attempt to stay there again when in Philly.
