I am forever grateful to Moreno who did an outstanding job by answering every question I had to making me a sandwich one night one day that I arrived late due to a train delay and had no dinner. Moreno, assisted me by suggesting/recommending forms of transportation back to the airport and he went out of his way in helping with the arrangements. Every hotel should have staff like Cyrano Hotel and every hotel should have a Moreno. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The breakfast was a great and the ladies who assisted in the breakfast area were also very kind every morning, welcoming guests with a friendly smile. Hands up to the owners and managers who hire great quality people like the ones who work in this hotel. It is staff like Hotel Cyrano that want to make you come back and stay here. I will miss the friendly staff every morning and every evening upon my arrivals. "

"Everything was nice especially the breakfast set up. The local area is under construction but dont let that deter you. Note that gps does not take you straight there it is about an extra half mile down. The rain station is right around the corner so you can get to Sarrano in less than half an hour based on time of day and stops. When i come back the plan is to stay there again. "

"Hotel came recommended from friends and did not disappoint. The Villa Malpensa is charming. We had two well appointed rooms before an early flight out. A nice breakfast buffet begins at 5am. The shuttle service is quite convenient and staff all attentive. Grazie mille!"

"Amazing place, the hill is a bit of a climb but well worth the views, spent a lot of money on taxis as it’s away from a lot of transport links, may be worth hiring a car. Service is amazing, bar staff super helpful and restaurant very nice."
