Natalie was the only one we had contact with was not well suited for dealing with people. Mathieu is the best host we have ever had, making reservations and recommendations, delivering a fantastic breakfast daily, arranging for laundry service and assisting with the car park. Communications were excellent and timely utilizing What App. The room was a sizable suite and had everything we needed with kitchen facilities if desired. We would definitely stay again."
