"We had a wonderful stay in this Leamington cottage, it was our first time in this area. The cottage is central to all amenities and is in a quiet neighborhood. Very nearby to beaches, and the ferry dock both in Leamington, and approximately 15 away from Kingsville. Definitely recommend a visit to Pelee Island. "Arriving at night could make it difficult to find. Little to no lighting. Be prepared for steep stairs, if you have luggage, you will want to lock the screen door open before hauling your luggage up the staircase. The door opens toward you and there is little space to stand while opening the door and it could be easy to lose your step. More steep steps when entering the entry way. "This place is stellar. The big backyard and sandy, walkout beach was perfect for the 3 young kids with us. The place ran out of garbage bags and there was a bit of confusion in getting 2 different sets of check-in instructions a day apart, but overall it was great. Host was wonderful to deal with and the neighbors were absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend."
