"Amazing friendly staff, great views, delicious drinks, wonderful friendly bar staff, a sushi restaurant, super clean, paradise beach, a great room cleaner called Alice who was incredible and always smiling! I’d definitely return! "

"Excellent resort. Our villa (on stilts) was quiet, had all the expected amenities and more, and overlooked the lake, although the boardwalk did have a significant people drifting passed, particularly to the restaurant. Food excellent; staff very helpful. Wine expensive. Was given a villa to stay after check-out before a late airport departure, very much appreciated. 2 minor concerns: our villa was always cleaned late (after 2pm) which meant we had to wait before going back there after lunch....

"The hotel was unbelievably amazing. The check in was slow and lengthy however once the formalities were done we could not fault the hotel on anything. "We were very impressed with the hospitality and kindness from all of the staff, all the food options were great at all restaurants, with something for everyone, including the buffet, the all inclusive package included well made cocktails and non alcoholic options, lots of activities available. Very relaxing stay, We can’t wait to come back! "

"This is the second time we have stayed at lux Belle Mare and it didn’t disappoint! Nothing is too much bother, the rooms and hotel spaces are five star and plenty of things to enjoy! The food is incredible and not your average buffet! Literally the best hotel for couples and families with five star expectations! Beautiful beach and pool "

Holiday Inn Mauritius Mon Tresor, an IHG Hotel

Excellent stay

"Everything was excellent at the hotel. Only negative was we booked a double and a twin but were given two twins. The reception staff did not seem to take any ownership or action to rectify this. Surely the number of rooms available of each type were incorrectly supplied to hotels.com. We were just made to feel unreasonable wanting the double and that this situation possibly occurs quite often."
