This unique one bedroom one bathroom condo is a one and only in Schuss Village.
We are located next to the golf club house and the main Lodge where the base of the ski slopes are.
This is an upper unit with high ceilings.
You will have:
*A queen bed with a brand new mattress in the bedroom.
*A newly renovated beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower
* A full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a stove with oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. This kitchen is a rarity in a one bedroom in Schuss Village. It is fully stocked with dishes pots and pans and some cooking spices that you may need.
* A washer and dryer which is also a rare feature in a one bedroom.
* A wood burning fireplace. Wood is NOT provided but can be purchased locally.
* A pool pass to enjoy the pool and hot tub just across
the street and also the beautiful outdoor pool that overlooks Lake Belliare.
* A private locked ski/ golf club locker.
We are 5 miles from Bellaire where there is a restaurant for everyone including Shorts Brewery.
30 miles to Traverse City or Petoskey. 15 minutes to Torch Lake. Ask me about other attractions in the area.
You won't find a more beautiful spot for fall colors!
Your rental includes a pool pass that gives you access to the Schuss indoor pool and hot tub (seasonal) and the Lakeview indoor and out door pools and hot tubs. (Indoor open year around)

This condo is newly renovated throughout. You will not be disappointed. Will sleep 2 adults and a child.

Great visit! We stayed for just over a week. My wife and I both worked while there and appreciated the dedicated working space And great wifi Condo had everything we needed! Including laundry soap, dishwasher soap and fire wood!

It was perfect for our Torch Lake vacation! Very clean, just as described. My only 2 qualms were I wish there was a TV in the bedroom, and the pool/spa area is very run down and outdated. But the condo itself was absolutely perfect. We loved the privacy and the location! We'll be back!

What a gem of a find! Very clean and comfortable unit, stocked with anything you could need! The host thought of everything- plenty of wood to build cozy fires and a well stocked kitchen! Will definitely be renting this unit again! It is a little tough to find within the complex at first but once you do it’s right off the main road within the community. A wonderful place!

This place is very is just the right spot for a little get away. Like other reviews this place is very clean. It's a second floor place with a balcony. Basically at the bottoms of the ski slopes. You can walk to the lifts from your place and make stops throughout the day to take a break . The furniture was very comfortable and great living room with nice fireplace to warm the place up fast. Would definitely recommend

It was the perfect getaway for our anniversary. Close to town and very peaceful. The patio was great to drink coffee and watch the sunset. The full kitchen was a nice feature and everything was provided to cook with. All the switches were labeled which was great!

Golf Getaway
We came up to play golf and relax. This condo was perfect for our needs. It’s right next to the golf course, is beautifully appointed with high end appliances and furniture, and has fantastic internet if you do have to work a little. The host is always friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We loved our stay and will be back.
