Spend your time on the shore of Clam Lake, close to many amenities. Clam Lake is on a chain of lakes and is right next to Torch Lake (a 10 minute walk) which has been named a top destination in the country. Kayak (provided) to the renowned Dockside Restaurant. Fishing and water sports including boat and PWC rentals nearby. DeWitt Marina is just down the road. Boat from Clam Lake to Torch Lake through the Chain of Lakes. Two, sit on top, kayaks are included in your rental with lifejackets (240 pound limit each). Fully furnished and stocked kitchen includes stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, blender and Keurig to start your day. Bathroom includes a deep tub for soaking your troubles away. Queen sized Murphy bed and queen sized pullout couch allow for comfortable sleeping for four. A curtain separates the sitting area where the pullout is for privacy. If you MUST work, high speed wifi and a desk are provided for your convenience. This unit is very clean and includes all bedding, towels, etc. for an easy stay. Bring your clothes/luggage and enjoy! Community fire pit and swimming access on-site as well which you can enjoy while you sit lakeside.

Much to enjoy year round as we are just a quick drive from Shanty Creek resort (9 miles), Boyne Mountain in Boyne Falls (35 miles), Traverse City (airport, Cherry Festival and more... 29 miles to the airport). Ski, snowmobile, ice skate, ice fish and more in the winter. Like to golf? Hit the links on the many local courses. Many local wineries and breweries in the area to explore. Shorts Brewery in Bellaire is a must visit, as well as the popular Dockside restaurant, which you can walk to.

Condo is set between Alden and Bellaire, both wonderful little towns where you can do light shopping, get some pizza and local ice cream. The colors in the fall are spectacular.

Everything you want/need for a vacation!
Loved the layout. Beautifully updated and decorated. The kitchen was set up with everything we needed for cooking and grilling! The bathroom was beautiful and the shower was one of the nicest I've ever used!! A wonderful view of Clam Lake from the room. Used the fire pit more than half the nights we stayed. We took the kayaks out to Torch Lake. Well located to grocery stores and restaurants.

Cute little place, just wish it had direct access from the condo to the water. No deck or balcony on this unit to sit outside and enjoy the absolutely gorgeous views. The neighbors weren’t welcoming but luckily just down the road is a great dinner/bar/beach/sunset spot with friendly folks. Conveniently located and parking was easy. The bed is small. If you are looking for quiet and secluded this is the place for you! The hosts were awesome and quick to respond to any needs or questions!

We had a great stay and loved the place. Very cute and had many supplies to make our stay a memorable one. Communication from the owners was quick and must appreciated. Will plan to come back again!
