Grass River cottage - Chain of Lakes access, Torch, Clam, lake Bellaire.

The Space:
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will feel the quiet of up north on the river with access to chain of lakes. Lake Bellaire, Clam Lake and Torch Lake! 3 different boat docks. 2 kayaks to use, life jackets provided. Or, bring your boat or rent one to dock in front of the cabin. Two bedrooms with bonus bunk room. Beautiful views from large windows.  Enjoy the fire pit by the water or the basketball hoop in the drive! Bring your fishing gear! WiFi, TV, patio with grill. You won’t want to leave!

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with private entrance. Bedroom two has a bunk with double on bottom and twin top. Extra bunk room with outside entrance for two more bunk beds. Large bathroom with tub, shower and laundry. All the floors are brand new. The living room dining and kitchen is all open finished with knotty pine and large windows for lots of light and beautiful views.  A classic cabin/cottage feel. There is even an outside shower and a hammock!

Coded door for easy check in. You will have the whole beautiful place to yourself

The pictures showed the canal side more groomed The place needs updating to make it more desirable for the cost It needs a water softener for the hard water. CLR will remove hard water stains No window dressings at all. The grounds need to be groomed The locks are janky on the door to the canal needs to be brighter inside

Quiet River Cottage
Cottage was older, but we enjoyed it that way, it was very clean and everything worked great. A suggestion/caution I would give is the outdoor landscaping could be cleaned up. The small trails to the docks were a little difficult to navigate and the long grass and weeds would be better mowed short to enjoy an open grassy yard and the riverside. There was no patio or deck to enjoy an outdoor meal. The water is very rusty, do not wash anything in the washer with light colors! Beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed the outdoor shower.
