"My husband and I only stayed for one night while visiting Lake Como in late October. This is low season so some businesses are already closed for the season. The property is about a 20 minute walk from the ferry stop, and it’s all uphill. However, once you get there they do give you a short cut, but it’s still quite a walk and mostly stairs. That said, the room was very clean, exactly what we needed. Probably the best shower we had while in Italy, as far as the water pressure and temperature, although it is very small. The breakfast included is very nice, typically Italian breakfast. They made us our cappuccinos to order and has some croissants and delicious pastries. "

"The room was small, but clean as you expect in the European B&B. Breakfast was nice served in the courtyard. Location from Town was difficult lots of steps or a long walk on the road. The staff could’ve been a little more welcoming. There was an extra charge for air-conditioning. The parking would’ve been good. Had we had a car"

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "
