Bright and modern loft in the heart of the old village of Bellagio, a few steps from the pier, the bus station and the beautiful Villa Serbelloni.
The apartment, located on the second floor of a historic house in the historic center, has been completely renovated recently and consists of an open space environment. The living area is furnished with two sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed, a coffee table, a cabinet with TV, a dining table, a peninsula with stools and a fully-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster. The sleeping area, located on a mezzanine, consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet, a dresser and an armchair. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a spa bath that can also be used as a shower.

*The apartment is located in the ZTL area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
