Exactly What We Needed
Patrick's listing online was perfectly aligned with the property. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 spanning from a teenager to retirees. I would definitely stay here again. There was a cool little doughnut shop right down the hill that made for a quick breakfast on our way out of town.

Girls birthday trip
House was very nice! Easy keyless door entry. Staying here allowed everyone to be together to celebrate birthdays and play cards and games in the evening. Would definitely stay again and I would recommend it to others. Beds very comfortable, and beautifully decorated

We have stayed at this property multiple times because it checks all the boxes for needs, great location, and ease of checking in/out. Plus, I was very happy to see a shower caddie added in the master bathroom to hold my soap and shampoo. It was a minor thing that was mentioned in a previous review and has now been resolved. I no longer have to balance it on the towel rack outside the shower. It's the little things. So with that in mind, it doesn't affect our rating, recommendation, or future booking, but but I'll press my luck and recommend adding a ceiling fan in the one bedroom that doesn't have it. The air conditioning works great, but sometimes you just need that regular air circulating to make it more comfortable. Looking forward to our next opportunity to stay at this property!

Very pleasant stay
My son and I were visiting the area because he was participating in a regional track meet. We stayed for two nights and don’t really have anything negative to say. Everything inside the house is very nice and decorated nicely as well. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. They even had a 3 ring binder that missed multiple amenities in the area to help guide you in the right direction and let you know all of your local options. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. There is also an interesting cave entrance nearby within walking distance that has a cool back story. It has a fence around it so you can’t go in but it’s still cool to see and read about. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in this area.

We were amazed that the property looked even better than the picture. parking was right in front especially for a handi cap person. That was so nice. It was so clean and coming from some one that had a house cleaning business, that is saying something. I would definitely book again with Patrick.

The house smelled dusty on entrance and within a few minutes two of us reacted strongly...likely mold mycotoxins in the air...we could only stay one night and had leave. Called host, who said he would look for another place for us and woyld call us back, but he never called back. Asked for compensation before leaving feedback but received no response. This was our first time using Vrbo...a terrible experience.

Our Go-To Rental in Bella Vista
We've stayed here multiple times. It's our go-to rental when in Bella Vista. It's an easy arrival, check in, and we know what we are getting. This last stay was like visiting a home away from home when we walked in. (Still wish there was some place to put shampoo and supplies in the master bedroom shower though.)
