Not only is the property amazing, the location is fantastic. Right on the Back 40 trail system and easy to get to from Bella Vista or Bentonville. The home was warm and inviting with all the amenities we could want, including a garage. We enjoyed everything from the smart TV to the fire pit area in the back yard. Communication with the host was very helpful and expedient. For a small family like ours (2 adults and one teen), this property was perfect. We hope to come back soon!
All I can say is if you bike, you want to come here. Back 40 is 20 ft out the door. Trails are 12 min away driving. Theres a great grocery store and liquor store nearby. Nothing bad to say.
Daughter played down in Fayetteville and we wanted to find a place a little more remote where we would still be close. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Rogers and Bentonville were around 15-20 min away for outings and Fayetteville a little further.
The cabin itself was perfect. Comfortable bed, clean, and enough space for all. Deck and fire pit area where great for relaxing and star gazing. Internet was available although not great. Not surprising as you are out there a bit.
Communication with Heather was fantastic. Very responsive and the little touches of coffee, bottled water and fire wood were nice surprises. Thank you again for a great long weekend!
We held our Thanksgiving celebration at Heather’s property. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The large living area gave us ample room to celebrate the holiday. The property was very clean and a beautiful location. Heather was available to answer all questions quickly. I have stayed here twice and would stay here without hesitation again.
The property we stayed in, was extremely clean at all the amenities that you would want. It came with bottled water and the refrigerator laundry detergents fabric softeners, fully stock kitchen, deck & garage. The host was right on point and extremely nice. The trail (Back 40) was indeed behind the property a very short distance away. Not too bad to hike, but if you bike it, this would be considered an expert mountain Trail. The scenery was extremely nice. Being a new home and well taken care of It was worth the money. Would definitely recommend and do it again
We came with the whole family to mountain bike, canoe and spend time together. This place is awesome!! Has great aminites and even a workshop for fixing up your bikes in between those hard rides!! Beautiful location right next to the back 40 MTB trails. The only place we will stay!!
We loved staying in this house. It is a fair distance from downtown Bentonville (13-14 mins), but a nice drive. We enjoyed coffee on the beautiful deck, played games at the dining table, watched TV here and there and read. The neighborhood is peaceful, with occasional deer sightings. We heard some bikers and runners on the trail system, in the distance.
Next time we come back, we'll bring our bikes and get out there, too.
The house is very clean and well stocked. Very nice!
This home was the nicest that we have ever rented. It was clean, has walking access to hiking and biking trails, and the property manager is great. We hope to stay here again. Thank you!
Very clean and spacious. Great view off the back deck with beautiful sunsets and a private setting. The owner provided firewood for the fit pit which was nice, and the kitchen was stocked with water, sports drinks, and coffee pods for the Keurig. Direct access to the Back 40 trail. Would definitely stay here again.
Bright, clean, well stocked, quiet. Close to town and area tourist sites yet secluded at the end of a street, no other houses in sight. Loved the big deck for morning coffee and evening wine and sunset.
