"The entire service staff and front desk were amazing. I was disappointed at the rate I was charged for the time I was there ( 6) hours !!! My plane from Ontario was delayed so arrival time was very very late (3:30am) I was only staying there until my family was able to come in the morning at 10:00 am ? I couldn’t possibly ask them to venture out at that hour of the morning and the weather was freezing rain and it was a 90 minute drive !! "

"We got a room to check out the new JAG Soundhouse. It was a magnificent experience, the new building is beautiful and very unique and the dining / cocktail experience was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that the Vallee parking was sold out and we had to park in a parking garage about 2 blocks down which was very inconvenient as we had bags with us and had to roll them down the road to the hotel. Usually in winter, we have a lot of snow and it would have been increasingly difficult and not so fun. Overall, a wonderful experience and will go back there! "
