"We had a lovely few days at Dale House. Dominique is a wonderful host and a skilful chef. We had a memorable dinner one evening and our cooked breakfast each morning was a highlight. "First thing we realised when we turned up was that you are not staying on a farm but in a characterful old farmhouse. You have to park on the road outside but it is off the main road and is very quiet. Jan, is a wonderful host, welcoming, friendly, and a really good cook. The breakfasts and the one evening meal we had were excellent - and better than the ones we had in the upmarket hotel we stayed in afterwards. If you like good food then consider staying here. The dining room is nice to eat...

"Myself and my partner chose the green grove country house b&b as mini moon for after our wedding and wow they were amazing. Allowing us to check in early to being flexible and welcoming. "They do it very cheap at the expense of cleanliness and lack of very basic features like having a towel, duvets, a clean kettle etc. The receptionist accused hotels.com of not diplaying their accommodation details correctly. But they do not have to go very cheap in order to secure customers; A cabin for £80.00, but you have to pay extra for duvets. I have never been to any b&b or Inn where duvets/blankets are not provided!!! I can expect such a thing only in if you're doing your own camping. "
