"Well presented home, great communication and easy to find."

"Overall a good functional property. The aircon is one of those ones that works by cooling the air over water, you can’t control the temperature and it doesn’t really work when the temperature is over 35 degrees. It would have be nice if it was turned on for our arrival as it was a hot day. The property owners live next door. There is limited parking, would recommend for shorter stays. "

"I was on a working holiday for 11 nights & due to the peace & quiet, achieved much & it was a productive time. Visited by a small, cute Quenda (an Australian marsupial). I also visited the York Festival during my stay. The chalet had everything I needed, even a spa! Close to Mundaring shops for essentials and a morning coffee or breakfast at the Lazy Corner Cafe. "The only thing missing was the ocean view's! This property is stunning!!!! The pool was hot, the bbq and entertaining alfresco area with seating and outdoor kitchen and bar was perfect for my dinner guests. Indoors, open plan and airy, with surround sound speakers, ideal to entertain. 2 ovens, YES TWO!! I highly recommend.FYI...garage isnt included so be prepared to park on the driveway but in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of room for cars and under surveillance cams and sensor lighting. "
