Villa LipaHills is an imposing private villa with a swimming pool and lounge area, located in nature. It’s ideal for organizing parties or family holidays. The villa is located 10km from Belgrade, 40 min drive from the airport Nikola Tesla and 20 min drive to the City centre. Stunning nature and view from the hill. Escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, start the morning with melodious nightingale trills or enjoy them until morning!
The villa is isolated from crowds and noise providing complete privacy. Right after the garden there is a beautiful forest that creates amazing air with a 20-minute walk to the lake. The villa has 200 square meters, and was built with a great emphasis on comfort and ecology. It uses and generates solar energy. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining room and a large TV. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets in the house and toilet with shower by the pool. The pool 3x8 meters and depth of 1.5m is always sunny and clean. A barbecue and a campfire await your activities. Mini gym on air and children's playground are always available. There are large and additional tables with a capacity for 20 people and a lot of of additional equipment for enjoyment, activities and relaxation. Guests have at their disposal crockery, glasses, cutlery, hygienic elements, towels as well as air conditioning and WI-Fi.
Villa LipaHills offers the option of short-term rental for a day or more, it has a maximum sleeping capacity of 11 people and up to 20 people per day. Child’s chairs, cots and pool equipment are free, available by a request. There is a private parking for 4 cars. City bus’ station and minimarket is on 7min walk from the gate.
