"To start with the location, the hotel is in a good location close to the public square and several touristic attractions. Several tram/bus station are at 5 min walking from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have asked for touristic guidance and they were so kind to answer all my questions. The terasse of the hotel has a nice view. When it comes to the breakfast it is considered average. Rooms are clean and averagely furnished. It is fair for what is paid for."

"I stayed for 2 nights and my room was not cleaned. the toiletries in the room are very basic. no soap/shampoo at the spa/pool showers. stuff were nice. pool was nice. the air-conditioning was very weak"
