"Awful experience :( I contacted them days before and mentioked my check in time was later and they saod fine its 24 hours. I arrived in the evening and there was no oje there, managed to ring them and they said not available. Had to cancel, fortunately ibfot a full refund but had to then find alternative accommodation at 10pm at night! Ruined the trip."

The beds were comfy and the kitchen equipped with everything you would need. Irena and Ksenjia, the hosts, were so welcoming and helpful. They quickly responded to my questions both before and during the stay. They made arrangements for transport to and from the airport. The best thing about this apartment was the location. "I booked and paid before travel but got no communication from the property as to how to get in knowing full well that they have no reception and are based on a 4th and 5th floor of a building. There was no telephone number provided in my booking. It was challenging to locate the building, after discovering the building i had to call the number the hostel below the apartment gave me. "Positives: Great location, and we were allowed to keep our luggage in the apartment after checkout which was very helpful. Ample space and clean. Negatives: The ad says there is an elevator, but apparently it was broken, so we had to lug all of our suitcases up three flights of stairs. Also the 4th bedroom is not located in the main apartment, rather just outside which was not convenient for us, and required a second set of keys. It would have been nice to know those details.
