Belle maison avec un environnement agréable, mais logement avec manque de propreté et d'hygiène
Nous sommes 2 couples (50 ans). Locations: plusieurs fois / ans depuis 20 ans. 3ème séjour en Corse. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé un certain nombre de dysfonctionnements : - 3 WC mais aucun rouleau de papier toilettes - Obligés de faire le ménage dans les toilettes afin de les utiliser - Le lave-vaisselle était hors service - Le réfrigérateur américain ne fonctionnait pas - Poussière dans la majorité des pièces (placards, sous les lits, 25 araignées présentes dans les 3 chambres,….) - Nécessité de nettoyer toute la vaisselle, les tiroirs et les placards - Aucun nettoyage ou traitement de la piscine pendant plus d’une semaine. (présence de sable au fond de la piscine) - Literie conforme mais la lingerie rappelle les colonies de vacances - …. Après réclamations , la conciergerie est venue avec 3 personnes pour 4H de ménage!! Ensuite impossible de contacter les propriétaires. Au final et pour la première fois, nous ne recommanderons pas cette maison avec des prestations qui ne sont pas à la hauteur. Mais surtout, le plus regrettable dans cette situation est de n’avoir aucun interlocuteur pour répondre en personnes responsables. Certes une belle maison avec un environnement agréable, mais un logement dans lequel on ne se sent pas bien et à l’aise, faute d’hygiène, de propreté et de bonne organisation pour le confort de ses hôtes.

Très belle maison toute neuve avec prestations au top!
Location de top niveau, avec l'ensemble des équipements tout neufs et de belle qualité (clim partout, immense TV, volets roulants électriques partout, etc.). Magnifique piscine de 13m, cuisine extérieure avec vue sur la piscine et la mer, jardin soigné, très beau et grand séjour avec vaste cuisine ouverte donnant d'un côté sur la piscine et de l'autre sur un grand balcon terrasse côté mer, chambres au niveau inférieur avec belle terrasse (les chambres sont plutôt plus grandes en vrai qu'elles n'apparaissent sur les photos), belles sdb où tout fonctionne parfaitement, décoration soignée et de bon goût. La maison se situe en haut d'un lotissement neuf en construction, 200m au dessus de la route principale (que l'on n'entend pas trop) et d'un petit centre commercial avec boutiques et restaurant. Les voisins des maisons latérales lors de notre séjour étaient remarquablement silencieux et aimables. La grande plage de Lozari est accessible en 15mn à pied. La personne qui nous a accueillis (Marie-Rose) est charmante et disponible. Un couple d'amis des propriétaires demeure également à proximité et s'occupe de la piscine. C'est donc une très belle maison de location estivale dont on voit que les propriétaires (qui y habitent une partie de l'année) en prennent très grand soin.
