"Tenuta il Cigno was an absolute haven. A beautiful property with cozy rooms and a very comfortable bed, with the quiet bustle of farm work and of horses in their paddocks. "I travel regularly in Italy for business. On this occasion due to a late meeting I missed the last train home and was forced to stay the night. I was treated as a massive inconvenience for the staff. In particular the late night porter who was shockingly lecturing, patronising and sarcastic. I’ve enjoyed many stays in Italian hotels and without exception the staff have been excellent. This was exceptionally awful, I shall not be returning. "
