"Poorly maintained, overgrown and tired. Walls are peeling off. The kitchens don’t have an oven. Water pressure is non existent, if someone uses water downstairs there is no water upstairs. WiFi doesn’t work downstairs, upstairs the connection is really poor. No air conditioning. No sofa or other soft furniture except the beds. Dining room chairs are not sturdy, some are broken. Outdoor furniture is old and the plastic is brittle. Not as listed, everything is unkempt. Dirty floors, bathrooms...

"Een heerlijk sfeervol huis in een meer dan prachtige omgeving. Met 6 volwassenen en af en toe vrienden op bezoek een heerlijke plek. Mooi zwembad, schitterend uitzicht en een pizza oven . Wandelen, fietsen, tennis en padel in de omgeving en meer dan genoeg leuke restaurants. We hopen nog een keer terug te komen!"

"Sehr schwierig und ohne Begleitung eines Guards nicht zu finden. Lage aber wunderschön. Küche könnte sauberer sein. Küchenausstattung, z.B. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist angeblich für 8 Personen, es gibt aber nicht einmal 4 gleiche Tassen, eher Studentenbudenniveau. Betten sehr einfach. Man kann für wenig Geld die Ausstattung wesentlich verbessern. Balkonmöbel nicht ausreichend und sehr basic. Lage und Assicht vom Balkon wunderschön."

"Diane and Brian are charming and excellent hosts. The location is great for exploring Piedmont, lots of good dining choices, lovely wine tastings. A perfect Italian get away without the crowds in Tuxcany or Venice."

"Overall it was a good experience. Not knowing how hot water heater worked and a poorly equipped kitchen. It would have been nice to know there was no WiFi. don't assume. Very pretty area."
