"The staff were really friendly at the hotel and resolved an incorrect room allocation with no issue. Rooms and food were nice and the hotel had a good vibe about it. The only thing I did not like about the hotel is the fact that I had to pay to use the pool on a weekend. It seemed to me there was no one checking other guests after I had paid. It made me feel that some had not paid and were using it for free. The rest of the stay was perfect. "

"The pillows were awful, hard I wake up with a headache I need feather pillows which I get where I stay in Milan. Also small things make a difference, such as hand/body cream with hand soap in the bathroom, a small rack in the shower to put shampoo, etc. rather than on the floor and a large bottle of water in thebedroom. We had all of these in Milan which we really appreciated. It all adds to the experience."

"We had a one bedroom apartment, full kitchen, pretty spacious.It definitely needed some updates, the beds were not comfortable, but it was clean and good price for one night stay. Pretty far from the city center and not in the best neighborhood. "
