"Houseboat is spotlessly clean in a beautiful harbor. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend having a car however. We walked from the bus stop in Well Kastelaan and it was quite a long walk. Once we were settled we used the bikes to get back and forth to the Spur market and restaurants. WiFi was not strong enough to do work other than email, (That was a blessing in disguise!) Sat and enjoyed coffee while watching the ducks instead of working! Would stay again"

"Es war für mich großartig, mein Partner bedauerte lediglich seine Angel vergessen zu haben😉 Ich war selten so angekommen und entspannt in meinem Urlaub. Hier ist tatsächlich Entschleunigung angesagt und passiert. Sehr besondere, unbedingt empfehlenswerte Urlaubstage.für Menschen die runterfahren möchten; und lieben Dank an das Otter-Team. "In dem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. In der näheren Umgebung kann man viele tolle Besichtigen und Roermond ist auch nur einen kleinen Weg entfernt. Man konnte schön auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Blick aufs Wasser genießen. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hausboot. Würde ich noch einmal buchen."

"We, 7 friends had a perfect weekend on the Abuela. Our host Oliver was very helpfull with ideas for routes and tipps for restaurants and fun activities. We imediately felt friends with him and aswell home on his boat. His introdution how to drive the Abuela was fun, he is a very calm and warm Person. The Abuela is to name a castle and a very friendly boat for beginners:) I really recomment you a trip with the Abuela!"

"We stayed here for 3 weeks after flying in from the US to visit family in the nearby area. We didn't want to be in a hotel for 3 weeks as we would find that claustrophobic. This was the ideal solution. The park staff were excellent and could communicate easily in English and German if needed. It is extremely quiet here with easy access to the excellent Netherlands freeways. The indoor pool and the swimming lake were loved by my visiting grandkids. The service, pizzas and beers at the onsite...
