Location
Our house is located in a prime location close to the city. It has a true Belfast feel, traditional yet with modern amenities. It benefits from its very close proximity to Belfast's most famous bars, restaurants, music venues and theatres. You can enjoy an abundance of casual and fine dining options surrounding the city hall or along the cobbled streets of Cathedral Quarter. You are very close by to Maddens pub and Kellys Cellars which are great if you are looking for traditional music and a pint of Guinness. Must see attractions near by include Titanic Belfast, Crumlin Road Gaol and St George's Market to name a few, you are also close to both high end and high street shopping available throughout the city and at Victoria Square Shopping Centre. If you dont fancy walking grab a taxi, Uber or bus, these are plentiful and very reasonable.

The Space
We have worked very hard to get the house into such a lovely space for a family or small group of friends to enjoy. Downstairs you will find a very cosy living area with smart TV, a dining table for four and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need for whipping up delicious home made meals. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with full size bath (perfect for soaking in after a long day sightseeing!) and two bedrooms (one with a double bed, and one with a double/single bunkbed).

Check in
For your convenience, entry is via lockbox so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don't worry if you get held up!), there is free secured parking and there is a free-to-use washing machine in case you are in the midst of a longer trip.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house.

Other things to note
We are very concerned about the community so we have to be strict on this.
This is an area that we know and love and rowdy/loud behavior or music will not be tolerated at any time of the day. We can only accept a maximum of four guests so no extra persons at any time without prior permission. Violation of these rules will result in an immediate cancellation of stay with no refund offered.

A Nice Stay
We had two nights in this property and it was a great slice of Belfast life. An excellent location really was the icing on the cake.

Perfect Location
This apartment was cute and perfectly situated to walk to pretty much anywhere in the city in less than 20 minutes. Everything was clean and the check in process was very easy and contactless. The one con I'll mention is that the bedroom with the bunk beds is lovely, but the other bedroom with the double bed is very small. It's hard to tell from the photos, since there are mirrors in there, but there isn't enough room to put down suitcases and there's only about a foot of space between the bed and the closets- I think it would have made more sense to have that be the children's room with the bunk beds, but maybe that wasn't doable because of the height of the ceiling? Either way- we enjoyed our stay and didn't spend a ton of time in the house because we were busy out sightseeing. The bathroom was perfectly fine for our needs- wonderful to have a tub for the kids- and the kitchen was great as well- everything in working order and even a few basic condiments and supplies like tea and sugar. Overall a pleasant stay.

Family Holiday in Belfast
We stayed at the property as a base for our stay in Belfast. Whilst a relatively small property, it was okay for our needs in terms of what we were looking for as a base. It was clean inside but the outside area (windows & doors) could have been better and the tree outside was littered with dog poo. In terms of location it also certainly fit the bill in terms of being close to the City Centre. However, during the week, there were multiple construction events happening which started at 7.30am. We had no prior knowledge of these and given the proximity of the houses this meant we were awoken by noise every morning. Had we known, we would not have stayed here (part of our holiday was to relax and not have to get up early - this prevented this from happening). Overall - it was okay but there were elements that did take the shine off
