This is it! Look no further! Beautiful modern home with wide open windows - bring your family for a gathering you’ll never forget! Prepare delicious meals in the stunning kitchen, sit on the deck and watch the ships come in and out of the harbor and stroll into town along the convenient foot bridge located at the end of our street. Master bedroom has a king bed and private bath, second bedroom has a queen bed and is located near the newly renovated hall bath. The study has an LL Bean lodge couch, and a double bed. Downstairs there is an in law suite with a king bed, private bath, separate living area (with an additional twin bed) and a kitchenette. The downstairs comfortable couch is always available for extra sleeping space.

Sit on the large deck and enjoy views of Belfast Bay and the town of Belfast. The Front Street Shipyard is across the bay and you will enjoy seeing the working waterfront as ships and boats come and go. Private steps leading to rocky beach for peaceful beach combing. At low tide you can walk to YOUNG’S LOBSTER POUND!!!

You can easily walk into town across the beautiful footbridge and see a movie, grab dinner or shop at Belfast Co-op for delicious ingredients for a home cooked meal. Stroll the town and check out Fon’s, Darby’s and Rollie’s restaurants, and Downshift coffee for a cup of coffee. For that special night out, try DelVino’s (save room for their flourless chocolate cake). After dinner walk along the dock through the shipyard and back across the pedestrian bridge to your home away from home.

If you like to see the sights by foot, or get in your daily run, we are just a few minutes walk from the Belfast Rail Trail. If you prefer a biking adventure, check out the bike shop in town or rent a kayak and explore the river from your very own beach.

The views of the harbor are breathtaking and the short walk into town over the footbridge is a great way to access the shops and restaurants without worrying about finding a parking spot. Large yard for kids to run around in and play lawn games. Settle in at night and enjoy the lights of Belfast as you relax after a picture perfect day. If you’re lucky, you’ll spot our resident bald eagle who loves to perch on our neighbor’s pine tree. We also get an assortment of wildlife such as fox, bunnies and chipmunks throughout the property. (Fireplace is not usable.) Home is owned by 6 Footbridge LLC.

This home was a wonderful find for our first stay in Maine. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and had all the amenities we needed. The view to the water and town from the kitchen, dining and seating area was beautiful! Also being so close to Youngs Lobster Pound and the walking bridge into Belfast was fun! We really loved and enjoy this homes hospitality!

Great location, spacious home for families and friends, kitchen equipment will meet all of your needs. It fun to walk across the bridge to get to the little town. Locals catching big fish, amazing Yachts in the harbor, wine shop, bakery, restaurants, farmers market are things we enjoyed.

This home exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is right on the water with a view of the harbor. The home is immaculate and was well stocked with everything we needed. The footbridge across the harbor into downtown was very convenient. Highly recommend this property.

Our family of three adult couples really enjoyed our stay here. Just over the footbridge and within walking distance from Belfast. Very spacious and clean, with a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Great deck and yard with a view of the bay. Near a major road, but surprisingly quiet. Easy access to grocery stores.

Absolutely PERFECT!
This place is perfect for all ages. Our group ranged from 10-78 and everyone was able to utilized the house & location to the fullest. The home was full equipped with everything and the location was the BEST part of the whole house. Being located 3 houses from the footbridge that one could walk across and put you on the other side of the bay, was too perfect! Couldn't ask for anything better!

What a view!
We absolutely loved the property. The footbridge was a highlight. My granddaughter said as she entered,"What a great view". We visited Bar Harbor one of the days. It was beautiful. On one night we saw "The Great Maine Lumberjack show". It was a lovely cool week.

Perfect property in Maine
The house and view were perfect. Our first trip to Maine and we will definitely be back. The town of Belfast was nice and the locatio was convenient to lots of activities. A day in Camden is a must and a trip to Young's lobster Pound was the best lobster we had in Maine. Bill and Susan were available to answer all of our questions. One of the best VBRO properties I have experienced.

Wonderful Location and House
This house was beyond our expectations. It had everything and more you could possibly need for the perfect vacation. The location is unbeatable! My husband fished daily from the foot bridge, while others found it convenient for a quick walk to town. So many great restaurants near by, but we actually enjoyed preparing our own, with our fresh vegetables from local farmers markets. We didn't want to leave, and will definitely be returning❤️

Comfortable and beautiful home
We loved our stay in beautiful Belfast! House was perfect for our group of 3 couples, and the view from the house is like a postcard. It was so special to be able to walk into town across the footbridge. Kitchen was well appointed and lots of comfy seating in the living room. We spent a lot of time on the deck just reading and enjoying the views. We had a bit of trouble with the keypad entry but the owners were easy to contact and helped us get set up with a good old-fashioned key.

Clean, updated, and perfect location
This home was perfectly located on the Maine coast. It was an easy ride from Bangor, was a 35 min ride to Maine Maritime Academy, and walking distance to Belfast. It is updated, furnished to maximize comfort, and most importantly clean. There are two living spaces; one upstairs and downstairs in case you need a little separation. The view was picturesque and I would definitely stay in this home again.

Instead of a graduation party....
Instead of hosting a high school graduation party, I brought my daugther and her best friends to her favorite place--Belfast! This house was perfect for these well-mannered kids to chill out, enjoy the view and the yard and most of all, getting to walk across the bridge into town for dinner at Rollie's and ice cream and shopping. It was so relaxing for me too! The house is awesome. Highly recommend!

Lovely home in a great location! The house was very comfortable with new high quality furniture and comfortable beds. We loved the covered deck overlooking the harbor. The kitchen was well equipped and open to the whole house, great for a family. We loved Belfast and being able to walk to town on the footbridge. We drove to other towns, all beautiful, but still preferred Belfast and our lookout over the town. We rented bikes and road on the rail trail loop, and one evening we took a sunset cruise on the Guildive , both highly recommended. We hope to be back !

Best location on harbor, spiffy and new
Having come to this area for generations, it is wonderful to rent a hone with a modern, crisp, clean interior. I am used to Maine shabby chic, but this was wonderful. Plus AC. Plus floor length windows to look out at harbor. Pay attention to room situation. There's a master bedroom suite, a bedroom, a den with bed off living room thru which you reach stairs to downstairs MIL apt.

Perfection, Again
This is our 2nd time staying at this gorgeous waterfront property and it proves that the magic is real. This home feels like HOME. It's beautifully appointed in every way. The owner is very kind and responsive and you feel like they are truly invested in your stay. It's 5 stars all the way for me and my family. Plus, the fact that you can access the footbridge into Belfast proper is a super duper bonus. Not only do you get to witness the view....you are able to walk over and dive into the action.

The property was lovely. The place was clean and well taken care of by the owners. It had a beautiful view. It would have been better if the in-law suit was air conditioned. The study also could have had air conditioning. There was a unit outside the study and my son had to open the door to let in the cooled air. The beginning of the week was hot and needed air conditioning downstairs. . ,

This is our 3rd stay in this amazing property. We come for the view and convenience we continue to re-book because the Host & the property are outstanding in every way. The Host truly cares about those who stay in their property. It's immaculate and feels like home. The furnishings are quality, comfortable and in excellent condition. There are ample dishes and cookware. The linens are fresh and crisp with extra blankets. There is plenty of room for everyone.....and did I mention the view? The convenience to Belfast? You are just a short and lovely walk across the footbridge to charming Belfast...Immersed in the view. We feel lucky to be able to stay here year after year. Thanks to the host for being so committed to maintaining their property and keeping it beautiful and comfortable. We enjoy it 100%.
