"Very friendly staff. Close to city centre and Queens University. Good breakfast. Hotel clean. Shower was in the room which might be an issue if travelling with friends not family. Toilet light was automatic and stayed on for ages, also switched on randomly in middle of the night. Air con switches off after a relatively short amount of time (to conserve energy) so we often were woken up in the middle of the night in a boiling hot room."
