"Cozy place with modern amenities and a fantastic view. The coffee and tea bar is wonderful and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen is perfectly stocked and fun to cook in. "We visited the Acadia / Bar Harbor area. Orland was approximately 40 minutes from that area. The apartment was very clean & comfortable, we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. It’s located on a small lake, and is surrounded by lots of trees. "

"This was our fourth vacation trip to the mid-coast Maine area. We thought we would take a chance at staying on a beach front property. I failed to realize that the location was directly on a major highway with very heavy car and truck traffic. Because the apartment has no air conditioning, it was necessary to keep windows open to allow for air circulation. It was impossible to shut out the heavy traffic noise which made sleeping very difficult until the wee hours of the morning. The heavy truck...

"We enjoyed our stay at this Deer Isle apartment. Watching the sunrise over the water and the deer crossing the lawns started our days off right. The hosts were very quick to respond with one little issue and the space was very comfortable. Only negative was that there was no hairdryer but we would definitely stay there again.
