"Stayed here for the night and thought it was a very unique and neat stay. Keep in mind that the rooms are older and it shows in a few minor areas. We had some issues with a dirty towel in the bathroom, but we typically travel with our own bedding and some towels (been there/done that in cheaper motels) just in case so we used those instead of asking for new ones as we got there kind of late."

"This was a pretty clean property, the front desk person was acting like it was a pain I had interrupted his phone call, just short with me. No area to walk your dog or service animal except a patch of dirt under a tree. It's also a bit run down, the old Econolodge. I'd stay again for the price, location right off the highway and cleanliness. "

What we liked most was the traditional Northern New Mexico community where the casita was located. Big trees, blocks of nicely kept houses. Several peacocks lived nearby. Further down Rio Grande Boulevard we encountered flocks of Canadian Geese. It’s a special place to live. "
