We decided to give this a go as it is the sister hotel to the Golden Tulip which is a bit further away. What a mistake. The weirdest hotel we've stayed in as it's literally the same staff manning two reception desks side by side. The hotel is also physically split in two - go up in the lifts and turn left to go to one hotel and right to the Tulip.
After standing in a queue to check in we were then told we were at the wrong desk and had to go to the other one where there wasn't anyone. So I moved desks and the staff member followed me. Had I known I wouldn't have wasted all that time queuing after a long flight.
Because all the rooms are off one corridor it was really noisy most of the night. The room was basic and hot until the aircon cooled things down (which also helped drown out some of the noise). We wished we'd stayed in the Golden Tulip which is a little further away and only £10 more expensive for us - lesson learnt.
We did'nt have enough towels, the cleaning staff told us that the hotel was full and for 3 days we had to use the same towels. The airconditioning keep felling. Housekeeping didn't clean the rooms for 3 days. the hotel is a nice hotel. They just need to so something about the staff

A minha reserva feita através do Site Hoteis.com não foi encontrada no sistema do hotel. Cobriram o valor da reserva somente porque eu tinha a reserva impressa. Tive de efetuar o pagamento total da estadia sem parcelamento oferecido pelo site no momento do Checkin. Hotel bom. Café da manhã fraco. Ar condicionado vive desligando (parece que a rede elétrica do hotel não segura toda a necessidade pra todos os aparelhos de ar condicionado funcionarem ao mesmo tempo e pela sobrecarga, a rede se desliga automaticamente em períodos médios e a todo momento. Acordei várias vezes pra poder religar o Ar condicionado do quarto. Péssimo.) Restaurante é bom, só acho estranho ter que pagar na hora, por toda e qualquer refeição, seja ela no quarto ou no salão do restaurante. Prefiro pagar tudo no checkout, as comidas eram ótimas, fora o misto quente que é feito no Forno Microondas (Misto quente estava gelado).
Hote bom, atendeu às expectativas, o único problema, foi não ter parcelado o total das diárias no cartão. Tudo teve que ser pago de um vez só.

NÃO RECOMENDO ESSE HOTEL
Atendimento da recepcionista na chegada foi péssimo. nos deixaram em quarto com camas de solteiro, pedi para mudar e ela disse que não tinha disponibilidade, sendo que o hotel estava vazio. A tv não funcionava.
As toalhas estavam com cheiro forte. Cafe da manha era normal nada demais para ser um cafe da manha de hotel. Garagem mto cara o valor da diária. No frigobar do quarto só tinha uma água e um refrigerante. Toda hora tinha que ligar pra pedir mais água.
Salão de beleza muito caro e não presta. Fomos pagar por duas escovas e a responsável pelo salão queria cobrar a taxa que o cartão cobra dela caso quiséssemos passar no debito. E isso é proibido por lei. Não pode repassar pro cliente essa taxa que a administradora do cartão cobra do estabelecimento. E a mulher do salão ainda para devolver os grampos depois que foram utilizados para prender o cabelo. Absurdo.

Hotel limpo, mas falta atenção aos detalhes.
O fitness center é pequeno, mas razoável. Contudo, precisa de manutenção em todos os aparelhos. O isolamento acústico entre os quartos é ruim. O som da TV do quarto ao lado pode ser ouvido ao final da parede que termina nas janelas.
