"The rating would have been 8/10 if not for one staff member working at the front reception desk. I’ll break my review into 1/10 vs 8/10 1/10 - When we arrived to your deluxe 2 bedroom, we noticed the air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms. We notified the man, who appeared to be the manager. He said that I had the balancing door open so it didn’t feel like the air was working. I told him there was not balancy in that room. "A luxury resort in the middle of the forest. Full marks for this resort, from the rooms to the restaurant to the reception staff and the cleanliness. Everything is very beautiful. This is my fourth visit, but I was very sad when they told me that the resort would close its doors permanently after a few days."
