"We spent a fantastic holiday in Belesta with Andrew and Babara. The tastefully furnished flat is fully equipped and as good as new. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the flat. In addition to our own small terrace, we had access to the large garden with pool and plenty of seating. Andrew and Barbara are attentive and helpful hosts. "The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. It's a great shame as if some effort was made it would be a great base for a cheap getaway. "
