Stunning modern gite with garden and private pool

Accommodation description:
A very nice house with modern décor and lots of charm!
The house is bright and in addition to a spacious living room, has a well-equipped kitchen with 2 spacious covered terraces where it is lovely to sit in high summer.
There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There are sun loungers around the pool and hammocks hanging between the trees in the garden. There is also an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue for long evenings of enjoyment!
Set among the vineyards of the famous Cahors region, not far from the Lot river, the house is located on a hushed road.
In the large, sheltered and well-fenced garden, there are plenty of deck chairs, hammocks and sitting areas to enjoy. The swimming pool was recently built and is well maintained by a Dutch manager
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Maison Majolie. Die Betten sind gut, der Pool ist schön und mit einer Außendusche Der Garten ist groß und eingezäunt, unsere Deutsche Dogge konnte hier schön herumlaufen, spielen und sich ausruhen.... Die Überdachung mit Außenküche fühlte sich an wie Walhalla, denn hier will man im Sommer nicht drinnen wohnen... Spüle mit Wasserhahn und Gasgrill machen es möglich, hier tatsächlich draußen zu kochen. Wer Ruhe und Grillen mag und nicht shoppen, sondern schöne Natur, der muss hier unbedingt hin! Tipp: Stellen Sie die Poolstühle ins Freie und beobachten Sie den Nachthimmel, noch nie so viele Sterne gesehen p-rach-tig! Cahors enttäuschte uns, weil wir nach einer 45-minütigen Suche und dem Versuch, mehrere Parkplätze zu finden, keinen Platz für unser Auto finden konnten. Also sind wir danach nach Saint Cirq Lapopi gefahren!!! Und das.... ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen, was für ein schönes Dorf! Viele schöne Fotos dort gemacht.... Unbedingt ansehen.... Fahren Sie früh morgens los, denn es ist eine Stunde Fahrt und selbst dort ist es an dem Tag sehr heiß und überfüllt. Ohhh und obwohl es 35 Grad sind, wird die Klimaanlage hier NICHT vermisst, das Haus ist und bleibt kühl.
