"Location Location Location! Crowning a mountain in stunning wilderness, surrounded by walking paths, quaint villages and ancient castles and churches, it's a beautiful place. Welcomed by the owner, Torsten, who grew up here and whose family ran it before him. As a solo traveller, he went out of his way to make me welcome, even walking down into a local village with me for dinner one night. If you want German culture, landscape, food and hospitality, stay here."

"Dit ruime houten vakantiehuis ligt prachtig aan een smal doodlopend asfaltweggetje in het Boheems Paradijs. Het is erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, behalve wifi. Maar wij hadden goede 5G-verbinding ter plaatse. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Bohemen en Praag (op ruim 1 uur rijden). De omliggende natuur en kastelen en stadjes (o.a. "The holiday home is very spacious and well equipped. Matresses are quite thin and hard, but OK for a short stay. Sheep and dogs in the vicinity of the house might wake up light sleepers, as well as the hot air balloons and light air craft that fly around Trosky castle in the early morning.
