"We are very pleased because the hotel gave us a simple small cake for my son's birthday - the reason why we had the staycation in the first place. It's just that the swimming pool had quite a strong chlorine smell, and the parking area was not covered. Other than that, the experience in this hotel was great and my 5 year old son was very happy with the simple cake. Thank you Hotel Santika Mega City Bekasi for making my son's birthday special :)"

"property states indoor pool and outdoor pool, but only one pool. The pool is not big. Had problems with elevators. Got stuck on 13th floor for 15 minutes and couldn't get to lobby"
