"Great Hotel, its just at the Sigmaringen Hbf so very close; also Lidl (5 mins by walking) and Kaufland is close by Burg Sigmaringen is right there too. The hotel is clean, the front desk lady very accommodating and helpful! no elevators so wooden stairs. Room is quaint and very warm with carpet so I would take off shoe before venturing further in the room. You can adjust the heat yourself (no central heating control). The Beams in the room is a bit of a safety hazard (for some) if not careful. The bathroom is great but smells like a bit of sulfur/sewage? so the light turns on with the fan (not much of a bother to me). TV with most channels and you can use Netflix/Disney+/etc. (navigate to app store - Samsung TV). All-in-all, great! excellent stay if you are in the area to visit Burg Sigmaringen, Burg Hohenzollern and maybe Schloss Lichtenstein (plan out a route for this one) and to Ulm.. Also Thank you for the little gifts! much appreciated! you don’t get that in other hotels these days "

"Ich hatte ausführlichen chat mit Euch. Es wurden drei Übernachtungen abgebucht. Obwohl 2 nur zwei Buchungen gibt. Wurde mir auch vom Hotel bestätigt. Ich werde es nicht akzeptieren und wenn keine Rückvergütung erfolgt bin ich kein Kunde mehr, Werde alles stornieren und auch Visa verständigen"

"Recks is managed by the same family and they do it all... the cuisine is excellent, the hotel is well appointed and the property is beautiful. Everyone was super helpful and super nice. Although the hotel is old, the rooms are really large and pretty and clean, and everything works well. Spring was blooming at the hotel gardens and it was quite a sight... highly reccomend. "
