generally clean
Airport pick-up/car service was good. Generally clean and good. But in front of my room, there was play ground for kids (behind burger king). From there i heard unavoidable noise. Breakfast food was sometimes poor relatively than other middle eastern hotels.

Didn't get what we booked, but overall good.
Booking was for double sea view, we got seperate beds and the hotel has no sea-view rooms. It has no direct line of sight to the sea without buildings in the way. That said, you could see some sea and a palm tree from the window through a gap in the buildings, but you wouldn't take a picture of it :) Bathroom was nice, modern. Strong shower.
