It has great outdoor spaces, was clean and comfortable, great cross breezes cooled off the house at night, and has spectacular views. "Belle villa tres bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la vue magnifique sur la mer qui n’est pas mise en avant sur l’annonce. Les 2 chambres du studio sont parfaites, par contre elles n’ont pas un accès direct au reste de la villa (l’accès se fait par l’extérieur). Nous avons aimé son emplacement proche des petits commerces et restaurants et à 10’ a pied de la grande plage de Pals. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! 3 étages donc attention aux marches ! "

"From the first minute very reliable property management ,all my emails has been answered and everything went smoothly. "Overall we had a great time from 15-28 July. However, there were some basic amenities and issues that made the start of our stay a bit stressful. The cot we requested was broken. Although we had been assured that sea breezes would help with the temperature at night we found it incredibly hot. The Sa Punta team were able to source fans for us but we had to wait a number of days for these. For the price, and write up on owners direct we would have expected slightly better provisions in the villa....
