Surrounded by nature. 5 min. away by car from the town center of Begur,one of the nicest towns in Costa Brava.
5 min drive to the beach of Sa Riera and 10 min to the beach of Aiguablava.
Just around the corner from Pals beach and golf courses.

Built in different levels due to the terrain. This involves having to go up 49 steeps but due to it you can enjoy a fantastic panorama sea and mountain view.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet.

-1 big suite with ensuite bathroom with shower ( 160x190 bed or 2 beds: 80x190 )

The living area has 2 big sofas and 2 armchairs. The round dinning table can fit 8 big chairs.

-1 suite with ensuite bathroom with shower (180x190 bed)
-1 double bedroom (160x190 bed)
-1 small double bedroom with 2 beds of ( 80 X 180 )
-This 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
-The bedrooms of the first floor have direct acces to the terrace with amazing seaviews.

UPPER FLOOR:
You can enjoy the private pool ( 3.5m x 7m ) with its incredible seaviews and chillout area with its barbecue.
Fully equiped BBQ area with fridge, sink, plastic utensils....
This area is fully equiped with dinning terrace table, chairs and sunbeds.

Wonderful villa in a fabulous setting.
We had a wonderful stay at Benjamin’s villa. The views are amazing from the property and then better from the pool area. Benjamin is an excellent host and we took full advantage of his restaurant recommendations which were all great. We are usually ready to leave after two weeks but that was not the case here. We all really loved the property and the area and hope to visit again soon. Thank you Benjamin!

BEST HOLIDAY EVER
Beautiful very clean and comfortable home. Soft clean towels and bedding. Owner very friendly. Begur is a tiny pretty town with lovely center full of restaurants and small shops. Just enjoy it. Anna with a group of friends and dog.

Lovely house with excellent views
The house is perfect and welcoming for families and groups. We stayed in the double room downstairs and the girls on the first floor so they could play music and stay up late! Nicely planned house. All of the rooms have n Mountain View’s of the sunrise. The swimming pool and terrace area is very relaxing too. Begur beach is also charming and easy to get to but we visited by car a lot in the daytime to further villages and beaches. However we did enjoy the barbecue area at night time. Great address!

Wunderschöne Villa mit Pool
Sehr großzügige Villa mit schönem Wohnbereich, großzügigen Schlafzimmern und moderenen Bädern. Zum draußen sitzen stehen mehrere Terrassen zur Verfügung und auf der Pooletage kann auch gemütlich über den Dächern des Ortes mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick gegrillt werden.

Traumvilla in toller Lage und super Gastgeber
Wir haben 1 Woche zu fünft in dieser tollen Villa verbringen dürfen. Anfang Juni bei 30 Grad war es dank Pool, Aussen“küche“ und Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern gut auszuhalten. Benjamin war ein toller Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit immer Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants zur Hand. Danke nochmals.

Großes Ferienhaus mit herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer
Wir waren drei Paare und haben den Urlaub in diesem Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern sehr genossen. Nach einer Woche haben wir im Haus eine Zwischenreinigung bekommen . Betten wurden frisch überzogen und Handtücher gewechselt . Alles war super sauber . Toller Ausblick mit Schwimmbad . Das Haus liegt am Hang und hat einen wunderschönen Garten. Wir sind sehr viel E- Bike gefahren und haben die herrliche Landschaft erkundet . Vielen Dank an Benjamin, ihn konnten wir alles fragen . Er hat uns klasse Restaurant Tipps gegeben und ist wenn es etwas am Haus gibt immer für einem da .

We had a great time in Sa Riera. Benjamin in all has distinguished himself. The highlight was that he picked me up somewhere from the road in the evening when I had a breakdown with my car. In addition, he was immediately ready when something in the house was not functioning properly. We'll definitely be back.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines excellentes! La Villa est absolument conforme aux photos, aucune mauvaise surprise, bien au contraire !! La propreté est irréprochable, félicitation au passage!! Le dernier « étage » avec la piscine et sa cuisine extérieure offre une vue magnifique, on peut y passer la journée, du petit-déjeuner au dîner !! Benjamin notre « super hôte » a été aux petits soins, une très belle rencontre !! Merci pour votre gentillesse, pour votre professionnalisme, hâte de vous revoir un jour! Mooi huis, fantastisch uitzicht
Sa Riera is een mooi huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is heerlijk vertoeven in het zwembad en ook de BBQ bij het zwembad is perfect. Om strandjes te bezoeken heb je wel een auto nodig. Begur ligt op 30 minuten wandelen. We hebben het echt heerlijk gehad en kunnen het iedereen aanraden! Bedankt Benjamin voor alle service!
