"Hotel is near the Oboke station which is why we booked it. Excellent hospitality as the hotel customised to its guests. We had a crane origami from the Singapore national flag in our room. At the dining table, the national flag was also displayed. The hotel provides pick up and drop off shuttle service to the Oboke station. The kaiseki dinner is not really that impressive as I had better ones from other hotels in other parts of Japan Hotel gave discount vouchers for the Oboke boat rides so...

"This is a beautiful old house, in a very pretty area. If you enjoy Japanese architecture this is a great place to stay. Our host went out of his way to make sure we felt accommodated and offered to take us to the beach and and drop us to the train station. "

"Ten-ippou hut was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Though we only stayed a night, it is well-eppuippdd for long stays, given you pick up groceries prior to arriving. Acessibility to the general area is a bit of a challenge. The kitchen has all necessities plus more. The bath is good-sized with all toiletry basics, laundry space with separate toilet/bidet.
