"I liked the friendly and helpful staff. I loved the Tapas Bar, its food, and drinks. Two minor things turned out to be irritating: The bathroom door in our room stubbornly didn't want to close completely unless you slammed it shut. Also, those door hangers are poorly designed and don't stay on the door handle. They always drop down to the floor."

"The hotel was a little hard to find as we were on the opposite pavement and the hotel’s name didn’t really stand out. It was very conveniently located for walking to many sights including the Brandenburg Gates and Check Point Charlie and also public transport was just a street or two away. The room was a little more compact than the photos suggested but very comfortable bed. The public areas were very nicely furnished and the staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"GREAT GREAT hotel in such an excellent location. The Cathedral is next door and there are lots of really good restaurants close by. Be sure to try the German Restaurant on the left at the end of the arcade area next door, the staff and food is wonderful. There is a laundromat about a 10 min walk from the hotel (just past the Berlin TV tower) it is easy to use and very clean. "

"It was a nice hotel. Very busy due to lots of conferences and there were really long queues at reception. Room was nice, great shower, bed comfy and all very clean. There wasn't enough tea and coffee and it didn't get refilled when the room was cleaned. Good location with the U-bahn and trams nearby. The spa isn't part of the hotel, it is a business next door and guests get a discount. We didn't get a chance to go though as there was so much to see in Berlin. Overall, pleased with the hotel, it...
