"I was there for a birthday celebration. The staffs are very welcoming the place was clean. Room was great. They even decorated my room for my boyfriend’s birthday. The only thing I didn’t like they’re doing some constructions and the noise started way too early just before 7am on a Sunday. But overall it was a great experience. My first time in Jamaica. "

"Front desk was a little of a pain when i was leaving. The i came to realize there were only 2 bellman onduty to service entire hotel. As a pregnant woman traveling alone I had to carry my bags myself from one side of the property to the next or miss my ride home. "

"Perfect for our team of 18! Everyone enjoyed the food, the staff, the ambience. It was great to have our own privacy to bond as a team. Everything was immaculate! Minor problems- The internet connectivity was slow or didn't work, and the power tripped out 1-2 times per day, however, speedily restored by our butler."

We could not stay at this hotel as chained locked

"As per email exchange with Hotels.com, we are trying to obtain a refund for this booking as, on arrival at the hotel, the gate was chained closed. We had kept trying to phone to confirm our ETA but the telephone number was unobtainable. The hotel did not attempt to contact us. We were very disappointed as the remote location really appealed to us."

"Our group loved Magic Moments! Beverlyn's cooking combined with the great location, chill atmosphere, Josh's lay of the land (and water) plus all the comforts of home made for many a magic moment. "Stop looking! You found your perfect Jamaican stay right here. Carla was great, very communicative, and never hesitated to help however she could. But the true gem here… Mark. He hands down made our vacation. You will not find a better cooked meal on the island. He was so kind and generous and helpful. Seriously invaluable. Wonderful layout for a group of nine with a mix of two families including littles and grandparents. We would book here again without hesitation. Also, you won’t see a better view of the sunset. It’s as if the sun sets only for Sweet Villa. BOOK NOW!!!"
