"All exactly as described and expected, very comfortable tents well equipped with plenty of lights and sockets etc. The toilets/showers are shared and a short walk at the adjacent camp site and were clean and in good working order. "The restaurant around the watering hole is outstanding. It has a beautiful view of the area, with occasional elephants and other animals that make it unforgettable. The buffets were great, the staff were friendly and the rooms and facilities were clean and pleasant. I’ve stayed at several places around the Pilanesburg and Kwa Maritane is by far my favourite. "

Perfect safari introduction

"Amazing resort in Pilanesberg. Very high standard of service. Food and service first class. Safari vehicles well maintained and comfortable. Even have comfort stop during drives. Our ranger excellent (Jaktah-probably spelt incorrectly sorry) with vast knowledge of wildlife and birdlife. Saw big five. Each drive very different in terms of viewing and terrain. Rooms comfortable and spacious as were communal areas. Nice pool."

Unbelievable

"Our stay was fantastic. As a family we had a great amazing time together. The food, loads of it, was delicious. For the evening meal we had the option of the fastfood up in the Sun City Centre. The package we took included the valley of waves entrance for everyone and everyday we where there, including check-in day and checkout day. We had a great room, loved the shower, kids had the TV for a few minutes before they fell off to sleep exhausted from the amazing time in the valley of waves with all the slides and the tings to do. It was awesome."
