"A lovely modern hotel very conveniently located close to the old part of town with excellent swimming pool and sauna facilities. The buffet breakfast though plentiful with an extensive choice could have been maintained warmer which was a little disappointing. "

"The hotel is quite dated and the rooms are in need of an update. We upgraded into a larger room with a sofa, however there is just one cushion, a small wardrobe, not big enough for two people and no storage space. The larger room is good for the space, but that’s about it. We booked two rooms with a guest requesting the lower floor and myself on a higher floor; however this was confused at check in, despite explaining multiple times the preferences the team member kept getting it the wrong way...

"A bit disappointed with a couple of things, service very slow for drinks since there is no bar the drinks come from the restaurant downstairs up to the lobby area so I had to ask reception a couple of times. I was woken by someone loudly shovelling snow early on a Sunday morning when I was hoping for a lie in. The room was stifling hot despite turning off the radiator. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. "

"Good hotel near the old town. Spa was excellent. Breakfast was good & variety pity the plates were not hot. There was a smoking room next to the reception which was good as it was always snowing outside. TV only had American news why no bbc world service & the sport channel only showed skiing. would return to this hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is in a walking distance from the old town and the port. Our room was spacious and had coffee/tea making facility, however there was no milk/creamer. We had a little fridge with apple and orange juice. There were complimentary water bottles too. The room was clean and we had enough towels, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had only a shower and despite carefully closing the door and putting towel on the floor, the floor would get very wet. However, it dried quickly. The beds were comfortable and room was nice and warm. The leisure centre had a pool, jacuzzi, and a steam room. There were sauna in each male and female changing rooms. The pool and jacuzzi could get very busy though. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast restaurant was big, however getting a table could be competitive at certain times. We did not dine at the restaurant as the menu didn’t inspire us and it was not cheap, but there are plenty of restaurants in the old town nearby. We had amazing pizza and ice cream at Amalfi restaurant across the road. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again. "

"I think my favorite part about this hotel is how 'Bed and Breakfast' it feels, while still having all the luxury of a high end hotel. The room was spacious and had everything you need, so you could hide out if you wanted, however, head into the reception area, amd there youll find social areas, games, a cafe and bar, as well as a wonderful underground breakfast all staffed by really friendly and sweet staff."
