"Best parts: Mike who drove the van, and the location. Mike was the warmest, nicest person at the hotel. He embodied the welcoming spirit that I wished his colleagues had. He was so hospitable, kind, and helpful. Some of the women who worked at night were lovely as well. But during the day, I asked for help with a huge suitcase, and they said that they don't have anyone who works at the hotel who helps with bags. This was NOT a cheap hotel, and even the most basic hotels will always offer to help...

"Loved every second of my stay here at Brass Key, they accommodated with my late check in and super communicative about anything I had questions about. "One thing strange was we didn't encounter staff to check in but we couldnt find our room. There was an employee cleaning who very abruptly told us where it was. The room was clean and comfortable. The doorknob to the bathroom was broken and I thought I locked myself in.For what I paid that really should've been dealt with. Overall was a good stay in a old updated building. I missed the connection and human touch."

Not convenient in the dark at night unless you plan to taxi to/from. The beds are VERY low to the floor and it could be difficult for some to manage getting in and out.
