"The view was beautiful and the setting in the trees was lovely. It was a bit too remote for our preference. The road to access the property is very steep and unpaved, which was a surprise and was challenging after dark. I don’t know if this is common but it’s the first time we’ve ever encountered a washing machine but no dryer, and no available wifi. If you’re looking for a couple of days to completely disconnect, this is a great choice. "

"A well equipped and spacious apartment. Comfortable and homey. We loved watching the sun set and the moon rise while having a drink on the balcony. The cafe below did play music with a constant bass from 9 to 5, however it didn’t really concern us. The stairs leading to the apartment would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues and a few stairs are a little wobbly. Would happily stay at the foreshore apartment anytime So many good cafes with friendly service and the freshest seafood...

"Beautifully designed, very private cabin with an imperious view to the west across rainforest, coastal heath and the shipwreck coast. My 12 yo loved the outdoor bath. Alister and Caroline were full of good tips about tracks to forgotten beaches and rainforest drives. Perfect for day trips to 12 Apostles, etc. Highly recommended getaway for adventurous romantics. "
