"Good hotel in a lovely location up a hill through olive groves. Great terrace outside the bar with a view of the hills. Good restaurant with a decent choice of meals and wines. The only downside is that while the staff were able to supply a password for the bar wi-fi, they didn't seem to know the password for the wi-fi networks covering the accommodation buildings (and my Spanish wasn't good enough to enquire further)."

"A palatial room. Centre of Baeza. Walking distance to bus station. Very close to parking station. Large room with gorgeous furniture. Large bathroom. Lashings of hot water. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Good internet. Cons: Rooms are around the dining area so can get noisy at mealtimes and late night celebrations. No window in my room so couldn't check the weather..or to see if it was daylight. Limate control difficult to work."

"This is not just a hotel; it is a family home that’s been in the family for hundreds of years. It is filled with the families momentos, furniture, pictures and art and provides a wonderful look into the past. The owner is friendly and has many interesting stories. "The property is both a a spa frequented by retirees and family vacation spot. It reminded of what a Catskills resort might have been like. The pool was crowded with families and younger couples in the hot wx of July. The dining was excellent; staff were friendly. It is close to two UNESCO World Heritage towns, Baeza and Ubeda. We were only there overnight but had a good impression."

"The hotel is very good for the price. Small but comfortable rooms, clean bathroom and beds. Good heat. The restaurant was good and inexpensive, the recperionist/waiter was very friendly and informative. The only issue we had was that the room's floor had obviously not been cleaned and in some places was quite dirty as if food had fallen on the floor and it had dried there creating a dirty crust."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. It’s simple, nothing fancy, but charming. Rustic and surrounded by large olive gardens; it made us feel like grandpa’s farm. We’ve been in many hotels; some 5 stars and my son said this one has been the most beautiful hotel we have been. The sunrise here is stunning, the view and the feeling is indescribable!! Very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly!! Hardly recommend it! Worth the driving."

"Europa is a mid-range hotel in the newer section of the city. The accommodations are basic, but ok. The breakfast is basic, but ok. Prior to the arrival, the hotel repeatedly sent us messages regarding its restictive check-in times and payment policy. On several occasions we tried to call them with payment, but the phone wasn't answered. The main issue we have with this property is regarding security. We were given one electronic cardkey, which had both the hotel name and the room number on it....
